Legal Framework for Cooperation
Agreement between the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on development cooperation dated 10.07.2014 and ratified by Law No. 58 dated 09.04.2015.
Strategic Programming Documents
The general objective of Germany's assistance to the Republic of Moldova is to significantly improve the political, social, economic, and ecological situation, with a mutual commitment to sustainable development. The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development serves as a guiding framework for Germany in its development cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Moldova.

Projects are developed and approved bilaterally, based on the Protocols of Government Negotiations and the exchange of Verbal Notes.
