development approach;4. to offer a common methodology to address existing
crosssectoral urban dysfunctional issues through an integrated approach to

dedicated to the educational process. Promoting research and innovation in
the field of renewable energy sources by joint teams of students. Improving
the quality in education by the exchange of best practices and external
peer review process. Facilitating joint recognition of diplomas in the
countries of the region for improved mobility of the qualified personnel.
