implement the requirements of the chapter “Justice, Freedom and Security”
of the future EU-Moldova Association Agreement and of the ongoing visa
liberalization dialogue;• To assist in reorganisation of the policing
system in the Republic of Moldova;• To assist the Centre for Combating
Economic Crimes and Corruption (CCECC) in the implementation of the
National Anti-Corruption Strategy of the Republic of Moldova;• To support
the National Centre for Personal Data Protection (NCPDP) of the Republic of
Moldova to meet the requirements of Directive 95/46/EC of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of
individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free
movement of such data.
