Infotag is Moldova's first private news agency set up by a group of journalists soon after the country got independence from the former Soviet Union in 1991. Since the creation, Infotag has been owned by journalists Alexandru Tanas and Anatolie Golea. Infotag has always done it best to provide its subscribers with accurate, objective and unbiased information in line with its motto "Objectivity, Promptness, Intelligence”.
Subscription and online advertising have always been the only source of income for Infotag. In the past few years, however, the number of subscribers started to drop because of the economic decline, as well as because of the growing influence of the online media. The process continues as the Covid-19 crisis is hitting the economy seriously, with many domestic and foreign companies being obliged to cut their expenditures.  
To keep up the pace with time and the rapidly changing Internet environment, Infotag would like to update its website, infotag.md, to be able to publish more video reports, as well as longreads, podcasts, video interviews and add visual content to its news reports. It also needs to update the equipment to be able to broadcast online important social, political and economic events. The news agency plans to promote the website using such tools as Google Display, Google adds and Facebook Business.
Bullet points from "Project activities" compartment are the measures that the news agency plans to take to increase the number of visitors to the website and grow up the RSS database.
All these measures should help to attract much more online advertising, thus, allowing Infotag to remain an independent, objective and unbiased media outlet.
The rebranding of the website should also help the news agency to attract new customers who will view Infotag not just as a news agency providing highly quality news but also as a reliable online media outlet and reliable live-broadcasting platform.

4. Wider technical possibilities of the website in order to attract advertising (video content, pop-up windows and others);5. Promote the website and its news functionalities/possibilities on social media;

6. Hire a graphic designer to have quality content on the website and social media;

7. Purchase equipment necessray to implement the measures described above and upgrade the website;

8. Hire an online advertising manager to set up the correct targeting on social media and Google;

9. Hire an IT specialist to implement all the hardwear changes and perform the needed changes and upgrades of the current website; 

10. Make an up-to-dated SEO (Search Engine Optimization);
