Removal of the irradiator (referred to as “Researcher” Device or Device) containing Category 2 Disused Sealed Radioactive Sources (DSRS) from the Genetic Institute site located at Tiraspol in the Transnistrian territories, and subsequent transportation of the Device with DSRS from its current location to the designated facility (Storage Facility) of the National Waste Management Company “Special Objects 5101 and 5102” of the General Inspectorate for Emergency Situations (the Contractor) for storage

The Contractor shall perform all necessary activities to accomplish the Work, including, at a
minimum: (i) prepare and submit a Consolidation Work Plan; (ii) obtain all necessary permits,
licenses and authorizations to conduct the Work and prepare and submit a Packaging and
Transporting Plan; (iii) conduct the disassembly, packaging, consolidation and transportation of
the Device containing the DSRS from the Genetic Institute Facilities to the Storage Facility; and (iv) deliver the documentation and the final report

13. Unloading the device and placing into storage Facility  for long term centralized storage; contamination checking of the truck; Takeover Documents preparation.
14. Preparation and submission to IAEA of the final report of the Operation
