The objective is to identify and assess any adverse future potentially significant environmental and social issues associated with the proposed project, to assess compliance with applicable laws and ESP and CP EBRD, establishes the necessary measures to prevent or minimize and mitigate the negative impact, and identify potential environmental and social opportunities, including those that would improve social and environmental sustainability of the project.

Description of the project will include:

1 Any problems potentially significant environmental and social or risks associated with other activities or relevant facilities that are not part of the project, but can be influenced directly or indirectly by the project, which exists only because the project or could present Project risk.

2 The cumulative impact of the project in combination with other impacts from past developments, relevant, present and reasonably foreseeable

3 Activities Project unplanned but predictable permits that may occur later or at a different location,

4 Risks associated with environmental and social supply chains central source of operţionale basic functions of project

Consultantul va prezenta urmatoarele:

1.Raportul de difinire a domeniului şi participarea la difinirea stadiului de reuniuni de consultare publică.

2,Proiect de evaluare a impactlui social şi asupra mediului.

3,Proiectul Planului de implicare a părţilor interesate  )SEP).

4,Proiectul Raportului de Audit Social şi de Mediu.

5.Evaluarea Riscurilor Hidrogeologice.

6.Raportul de evaluare a conformităţii cu CP, care include un tabel de conformitate cu CP.

7.Planul de Acţiune Socială şi de Mediu

8.Proiectul Rezumatului Netehnic pentru divulgarea către public.

9.Proiectl Cadrului de Reinstalare a Acţiunii şi/sau Cadrului de Restaurare a Mijlocului de Trai.
