The Overall project objective is to contribute to increasing of people’s health, environment protection and enhancement of the welfare of the population living in Telenesti town, by improving the quality, efficiency and sustainability of Sewage System.

Specific Objectives (components of the project)

(i) Provision of civil works and TA in construction of 350 m of waste water supply network;

(ii) Connection of the Kindergarten „Guguta“ and 1 residential building to the SWSS;

(iii) Improving operations of the sewage network to increase service quality and efficiency;

(iv) Involvement of the population, LPA of Telenesti town and local private sector in the above.

• Construction of 350 m of sewage water supply network;
• Connection of 1 kindergarten and 16 households to the built sewage water supply network;
• Restoration of existing stone roads, damaged as result of civil works for digging trenches;
• Technical supervision of civil works quality, M&E, reporting.

Extention of the sewage network

 Provided access to centralized sewage water supply system for at least 400 persons;

 Improved hygienic and studying conditions for preschool aged children;

 Constructed at least 350 m of new sewage water supply system.

 Protected people’s health and environment.
